Meet Kaylen
Hi! I’m Kaylen. I’ve been writing and running social media for over nine years, blending storytelling with strategy to help brands show up in a way that feels genuinely human. I believe the best content should feel like a conversation with a trusted friend who knows you like the back of their hand.
Over the last 10 years, I’ve learned that the best stories aren’t the ones that shout the loudest; they’re the ones that make people feel seen. I’ve built my career around those connections, really trying to understand the psychology, culture, and needs of the people I’m reaching. I want to know where they’ve come from, where they’re going, what they want, what they need (or don't know yet what they need).
I started out with my own travel blog back in college, and then sharing my work led tiny startup teams to find me. I dove in, figuring things out as I went, answering my own questions, and learning how to build from the ground up. Real scrappy self-starter stuff. Since then, I’ve taken those lessons to bigger brands across travel, hospitality, beauty, wellness, tech, and much more.

At the end of the day, I’m just really into storytelling. Shaping them and making sure they actually land. I want people to stick around, come back, and share in the content I create. No matter the size or industry, my focus stays the same: I’m not just trying to make stuff sound pretty, I want it to actually work. I use stories to grab people, build trust, and then guide the audience toward whatever the goal is... clicks, sign-ups, sales, whatever it may be. For me, good content should feel like a real conversation, not a hard sell. And I must never forget strategy. I’m constantly thinking about how to connect with the audience and move the needle.​​​
